DESCRIPTION
Supply and installation of external wall facing based on 4mm (total thickness) STACBOND ® FR aluminium composite panels (Fire rating B-s1-d0). The panels are composed of a double layer of 0.5 mm sheet aluminium (exterior and interior face) in accordance with EN 485-4:1993 with a 3 mm intermediate, low density, fire retardant core (total weight approx. 8.02 kg/m2).External face:5005 aluminium alloy in accordance with UNE-EN 485-2; Thermal transmission 5.62 W/m²K, Sound Reduction Index (UNE-EN ISO 140-3:1995) Rw (C;Ctr) (dB), 29 (0;-2). Exterior face of aluminium lacquered (22/40 thickness), colour to be defined by project management and finished with PVdF Kynar 500 70/30 (70% polyvinylidene fluoride, 30% acrylic resin) with 100 µ protective plastic film. Interior face of aluminium lacquered. The pre-treatments used for both aluminium faces are chromium free. Standard system for attaching panels to substructure and / or with stiffeners depending on the dimensions of the components, attached to the panels with a Sikatack-Panel adhesive system (or similar). The building envelope is completed with trim for lintels, sills, jambs, thresholds and specific elements via the manufacture of special parts composed of the same panels and with joints to allow free expansion. Sill trims have a minimum fall of 17% (10º) in accordance with Code. SUBSTRUCTURE: (The harshness of the environment must be taken into account in accordance with Code SE-AE Wind Effect to calculate the Velocity Pressure Exposure Coefficient). Installed with vertical and/or horizontal modulation, leaving 10-20 mm slots between sheets via a system of sheets composed of an auxiliary support structure of extruded 6063 T5/T6 aluminium alloy T-Omega profiles (Ref. 05.19.061 profile T-Ω), levelled via "L" shaped anchors (Ref.05.19.041 ST-1-68; 05.19.044 ST-1-92, 05.19.051 ST-1-116 a 05.19.056 ST-1-236); panels are fixed to the omega profiles on upper part and hung by the recesses on the hanging supports (Ref. 05.19.062 CUELGUE STB-T-CH) with anti-vibration rubber buffers.
