DESCRIPTION
The units of CLW series are air conditioning units, suitable for connection to a network of air distribution ducts. Units are supplied fully finished and ready for installation, having passed our strict quality control process. The design and layout of the unit's components permit easy access to the interior of the unit for maintenance. Models from 270 to 830 can be used in free discharge by a special supply plenum which is finished with an aluminum anodized for direct supply. Outer housing Manufactured in high quality sheet steel covered with an aluminium, zinc and silicon alloy and finished with an electrostatic polyester powder coating polymerised in a furnace at 190°C, thus providing excellent coverage on corners and edges and ensuring optimum corrosion resistance. Inside, the unit is fitted with thermo-acoustic insulation. The water collection tray has been treated with an asphaltic material. Heat exchangers Comprising mechanically expanded 3/8" copper tubes with specially corrugated fins to provide superior performance levels. These units are supplied with a perfectly sealed refrigeration circuit incorporating a nitrogen charge. Fans Centrifugal fans of double suction that allow for duct application. The three-phase fan motors are driven by pulleys and belts easily adjustable in engine or direct transmission (depends on the model). Fans are of reduced sound power level, incorporate pre-lubricated bearings and are static and dynamically balanced. Motors have IP-54 protection and Class F insulation. Air filter High efficiency, removable and washable, 10 mm thick S-20 reticulated polyurethane foam. Optional accessories - Set of electric heaters - Discharge plenum (models 270 to 1250). - Intake grille (models 270 to 830). - Set of boiler-based water heaters (85 °C - 75 °C). Power supply These units are manufactured to operate with the following power supplies: 230.I ±.50Hz ~, models 270, 412. 230.III or 400.III+N.50Hz ~, in remaining models.
